The following terms and conditions govern your use of this website and any of the content made available by or through this website, including any content derived from this website (the "Website"). SVP México, S.A., has made the Website available to you.

We are free to modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice, by posting the changes on the Website. BY USING THE WEBSITE, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THEY RELATE TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you will not access or otherwise use the Web Site.

1.- Property Rights. SVP México, S.A., is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title and interest in and to the Website, all content (including, for example, audio, photographs, illustrations, graphics, other visual media, videos, copy, text, software, titles, etc.), code, data and materials therein, the look and feel, design and organization of the Web Site and the compilation of the content, code, data and materials on the Web Site, including, but not limited to, any copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, database rights, moral rights, sui generis rights and other intellectual property and proprietary rights therein.

Your use of the Web Site does not grant you ownership of any of the content, code, data or materials that you may access on or through the Web Site.

Limited License. You may access and view the content of the Web Site from your computer or any other device and, unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions or on the Web Site, make individual copies or printouts of the content of the Web Site for your personal, internal use only. Your use of the Website and the services offered on or through the Website are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

3.- Prohibited Use. Any distribution, publication or commercial or promotional exploitation of the Website, or any of the content, code, data or materials on the Website, is strictly prohibited, unless you have received the express prior written permission of the legally authorized personnel of SVP Mexico, S.A., or any other applicable rights holder. Except as expressly permitted herein, you may not download, report, display, publish, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, perform, broadcast, transfer, create derivative works from, sell or otherwise exploit any of the content, code, data or materials on or available through the Website.

You further agree not to alter, edit, delete, remove, or otherwise change the meaning or appearance of, or change the purpose of, any of the content, code, data or materials on or available through the Web Site, including, without limitation, the alteration or removal of any trademark, registered trademark, logo, service mark or any other proprietary content or proprietary rights notice.

You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading any copyrighted material from or through the Web Site. If you make any other use of the Web Site, or the content, code, data or materials thereon or available through the Web Site, other than as provided above, you may violate copyright and other applicable federal, state and local laws, and may be subject to legal liability for such unauthorized use.

4.- Trademarks. The trademarks, logos, service marks, registered trademarks (collectively the "Trademarks") displayed on the Website or in the content available through the Website may not be used in connection with products and/or services that are not related, associated or sponsored by their right holders and that may cause confusion to customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits their right holders. All trademarks not owned by SVP México, S.A., appearing on the Website, on or through the Website services, if any, are the property of their respective owners. Nothing contained on the Website should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Website without the written permission of SVP México, S.A., or such third party that may own such Trademark. Misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Website or on or through any of the Website services is strictly prohibited.

User Information. In the course of your use of the Website and/or the services made available to you on or through the Website, you may be asked to provide us with certain personalized information (such information hereinafter referred to as "User Information"). SVP Mexico, S.A.'s information collection and use policies with respect to the privacy of such User Information are set forth in the Website's privacy notice, which is incorporated herein by reference for all purposes. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the content of the User Information.

 

6.- User Registration and Password. It will not be mandatory to register to make a purchase in our portal, since the User may do so as a guest, however if the User decides to register, he/she must complete the registration form in all fields with valid data in order to use the services provided by the Website, as well as the address(es) registered for the delivery of the products or services contracted.

The registered User will have the advantage of cancelling their order, viewing their order history, viewing the status of their orders placed, saving their delivery addresses, and their payment methods, in order to facilitate future purchases.

The User shall complete with his/her personal information accurately, precisely and under oath ('Personal Data') and undertakes to update the Personal Data as necessary.

Providing any false or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. SVP México S.A., may use various means to identify its Users. Users guarantee and respond, in any case, the truthfulness, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the Personal Data entered.

The User will provide an email to identify his account, and will generate a "Password" to access such account, such elements will serve as a security mechanism for User's authentication. The Password must be integrated with the specifications and/or algorithms that the system of the Web Site will indicate, the Password will be necessary for the User to be able to access his account. The User is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of his Password.

The User acknowledges that the "Password", is a substitute of his autographic signature by an electronic one, therefore the documentary or technical evidence where it appears, will have the force, validity and effects that the applicable mercantile legislation attributes to it.

The "Password" may be subsequently modified by the User in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the policies adopted by the Website for such purpose. The User acknowledges the personal and non-transferable nature of the "Password" which will remain under his custody, control and care, so it will be the sole responsibility of the User any damage or harm that may suffer as a result of the improper use of the same, assuming the User the responsibility for any activity or activities carried out from his account or using his password.

The Account is personal, unique and non-transferable, and it is forbidden for the same User to register or own more than one Account. In the event that SVP México, S.A., detects different Accounts that contain the same or related data, it may terminate the respective Account, after notifying the User, at the address registered in the Portal or via email to the email address that the User has provided to SVP México, S.A.

The User will be responsible for all the operations carried out in his Account, since the access to the same one is restricted and the use of his "Password" is exclusive of the User. The User agrees to notify SVP México, S.A. immediately and by suitable means being this, the email sent to the address catsingermx@svpworldwide or by dialing 800 500 9500, any unauthorized use of your Account, as well as the entry by unauthorized third parties to the same. It is clarified that the sale, assignment or transfer of the Account (including reputation and qualifications) under any title is prohibited.

SVP México, S.A., may request any additional information to confirm the identity of the User.

SVP México, S.A., may cancel or restrict the account of the Users, if it detects any misuse of the site of the services offered therein, after notifying the User, at the address that the User has registered on the Portal or via email to the email address that the User has provided to SVP México, S.A.

SVP Mexico, S.A., reserves the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, cancel orders in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions, third party rights or commission of an offense or any conduct that damages the reputation of SVP Mexico, S.A., or the Website or the User/Customer experience.

The User expressly authorizes SVP México, S.A., to confirm the Personal Data provided by contacting public entities, specialized companies or credit bureaus, in the same way. SVP México, S.A., may consult the User's credit history with the credit information companies that legally operate in the United Mexican States, for which the User expressly authorizes SVP México, S.A., to share such data, including financial and/or patrimonial data, with the aforementioned entities. The information that SVP México, S.A., obtains from these entities will be treated confidentially.

7.- Prohibited User Conduct. You warrant and agree that, while using the Website and the various services and items offered on or through the Website, you will not:

(a) Personalize any person or entity or misrepresent its affiliation with any other person or entity;

(b) insert your own or any third party's advertisement, branding or other promotional content in any of the content, materials or services or materials on the Web Site (for example, without limitation, in an RSS update or podcast received from SVP México, S.A., or otherwise through the Web Site), or use, redistribute, republish or exploit such content or services for any additional commercial or promotional purposes; or

(c) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems through the Web Site. You will not:

Obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to computer systems, materials or information by any means;

Use the Web Site or the services made available on or through the Web Site in any manner with the intent to interrupt, damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Web Site or such services, including, without limitation, sending unsolicited bulk messages or "flooding" servers with requests;

Use the Web Site or the services or items on the Web Site in violation of the intellectual property or other legal or proprietary rights of SVP México, S.A. or any third party; or

You will use the Web Site or the Web Site services in violation of any applicable law. You further agree not to attempt (or encourage or support another's attempt) to circumvent, destroy, decode, or otherwise alter or interfere with the Web Site or the Web Site services, or any content thereon, or to make any unauthorized use thereof. You agree not to use the Website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or interfere with any other person's use or enjoyment of the Website or any of its services. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Website.

8.- Sale of the Articles. SVP México, S.A., will publish the items and the price that the User must pay for them according to the payment term that the User wishes, likewise, will indicate if they have any promotion and / or discount, validity of the same and the number of pieces available for the promotion and / or discount, as well as the means of payment enabled to settle such items.

In the event that the User chooses to purchase the item, the order number assigned when making the transaction on the Website will be used to track the corresponding operation. If SVP México, S.A., has any problem with the User's order, it will communicate it by email or telephone to the email and telephone numbers provided by the User in his registration.

The operation is subject to availability of items, if there is no stock of the item, SVP Mexico, S.A., will notify the User, in this case the User expressly authorizes SVP Mexico, S.A., to refund the price of the item in question or cancel the charge related to the price, as appropriate the form of payment that the User has chosen to purchase the item in question.

In the case of pre-sales, the shipment will be made when the corresponding article is available.

The price of the articles shall be subject to change without prior notice. In the event that the system erroneously publishes the price of the items offered on the Website, the User will be informed of this situation via email or by telephone directly to the email account or telephone number respectively entered in your registration, to indicate whether you want the product at the correct price or if you want to cancel the transaction and SVP México, S.A., refund the amount paid or cancel the corresponding charge, according to the form of payment you have chosen. 9.- Approval of the Order. SVP México, S.A., will confirm via email to the User, the orders that the latter has generated on the Website. In case the User does not recognize the orders, SVP México, S.A., will proceed to cancel them.

Once the order has been confirmed by the User, SVP Mexico, S.A., will send an email to the User's account, which will detail the items purchased, the total price to be paid, and will also notify the shipment of the product, along with the tracking number so that the user can track its delivery through the courier portal, and the form of payment selected by the User, this in order for the User to make the payment of the respective items.

10.- Form of payment. SVP México, S.A., will enable various means through which the User may pay the price of items and / or services purchased through the Website, obliging the User to settle the price of the items and / or services in question, according to the form you choose at the time of finalizing the purchase of the same.

Each item and/or service offer will indicate the means of payment that will be used. SVP México, S.A., enables the User to settle the price of the product and / or service to be purchased.

In the event that the User chooses to pay by credit card of a financial institution or Pay Pal, the creditor of the User will be the financial institution that grants the respective credit.

Except as provided in the preceding paragraph, the User acknowledges and agrees that its creditor with respect to the price of the item and/or service it acquires, is SVP Mexico, S.A., or its assignee company, for which he/she is obliged to pay unconditionally to the order of SVP México, S.A. SVP México, S.A., and precisely on the day on which the term granted for such purpose expires, the amount of the price of the article and/or service that it acquires, otherwise default interest will be generated at the User's expense, which will be quantified by applying the Interbank Equilibrium Interest Rate (TIIE), in its 28-day quotation one unit, multiplying the result by the fixed factor of one point six, finally subtracting the unit previously added to the TIIE, or being the rate for the calculation of the default interest the one published for such effect by Banco de México at the time.

The User may choose the following Payment Methods:

A) Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).

The User will have a minimum purchase in order to have the benefit of acquiring his purchase in months without interest, for which SVP México, S.A., attaches in this act the promotional table for months without interest, which may be modified without prior notice by SVP México, S.A.:

 

B) The User may choose as Payment Method, "Oxxo Pay", in this case the User will have 48 hours from confirmation of purchase, to make the corresponding payment, otherwise the order will be canceled. This cancellation will be notified by SVP Mexico, S.A., to the email address provided by the User.

The user when choosing this method of payment will only have a maximum purchase amount of $10,000.00 (TEN THOUSAND PESOS 00/100 M.N.).

The User will be solely responsible for keeping the 14-digit reference number generated during the purchase, in order to make the payment at any Oxxo branch.

C) The User will be able to choose SPEI as a Payment Method, which when making the purchase will generate a CLABE of unique use to make the payment, which will have a validity of 48 hours to make the payment, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

The User must register the CLABE or 18-digit reference in the Bank's website, where the recipient's name will be STP.

It is important to mention that the payment provider of SVP México, S.A., is Grupo Conektame S.A. de C.V., "Conekta", and that it does not control the websites and applications of SVP México, S.A., therefore, it is the obligation of SVP México, S.A., to inform Business Customers and Users that Grupo Conektame S.A. de C.V., "Conekta", is only an intermediary and is not responsible for the availability of products, services, shipments and other resources that SVP México, S.A., may offer, nor for any content, service, product or other material that may be found on the SVP México, S.A. website.

D) In case the User chooses Credit or Debit Card as Payment Method, and at the time of the operation SVP Mexico, S.A., detects some kind of fraudulent anomaly with the purchase operation, the User authorizes SVP Mexico, S.A., to request the validation of such operation, requesting the User the following requirements either by telephone or by email provided by the User, such as:

- Full Name of User or Buyer.

- Address.

- Items Purchased.

- Last 4 digits of the card used to make the purchase.

- Issuing Bank.

- Official identification on both sides.

In case the User does not provide the data required by SVP México, S.A., or if any type of fraudulent operation is detected, it will be canceled without any responsibility for SVP México, S.A., and the User will not be able to request refund or reimbursement of the same.

Finally, the User authorizes SVP México, S.A. to authorize a third party to validate the User's information, either by telephone or email, in order to verify any type of fraud.

11.- Shipping. SVP México, S.A., will send the items that the User has purchased, through Estafeta courier equipment. The cost of shipping for the moment will be free of charge any change SVP Mexico S.A., will notify the user and only the standard service is offered.

The delivery of the articles will be made in the following way, tIn case of non-delivery, the User will have to request the report to the customer service area by phone or e-mail. A SVP Mexico S.A., will take a maximum of 48 hours to process the orders so the delivery will be made between 7 and 10 working days.

In the event that the Estafeta courier service does not have coverage to deliver the product sold by SVP México, S.A., to the address indicated by the User, it will be sent by means of the Estafeta courier service, to the office closest to the User's home. In the event that the User does not accept the shipment by means of the courier, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

In case of damage report immediately to SVP Mexico S.A.S.A., in the customer service area, at the telephone number 800 500 9500, this after having received the package no later than 24 hours.

 

The box must arrive sealed and in good condition, in case of damage take photographic evidence.

The courier service Estafeta, will be obliged to make a maximum of two attempts to deliver the product, in case the User is not found and the delivery attempts by Estafeta have been exhausted. In this act, the User agrees to pay the corresponding shipping cost for the courier service.

It may be possible that the delivery date may be extended by up to 20 calendar days more than the stipulated, due to delays in the delivery of the product by the manufacturer or importer.

In the case of pre-sales, the delivery of the article and/or service will be notified once SVP Mexico, S.A., indicates the release date of the related item and/or service.

In the event that the purchase order is not completed within the aforementioned time limit due to various inventory circumstances, which include, but are not limited to, lack of inventory and/or the item is discontinued, SVP Mexico, S.A., will have the right to return the amount paid by the end customer in the same terms and form in which the payment was made.

In order to provide security to the User in the delivery of the items purchased through the Website, the User accepts that he/she must present his/her official identification (valid voter's credential, valid passport or professional license) to the delivery team or the corresponding courier company, so that the latter can deliver the corresponding item. In the event that the recipient is an authorized person, he/she must present the User's official identification, as well as his/her own.

In the event that the User cannot be located at the address indicated for delivery of the items, SVP México, S.A., will contact the respective User at the telephone number that the User has provided to SVP México, S.A. for such purpose. SVP México, S.A., with the purpose of confirming the data registered by the User on the Website, in order to make an additional delivery attempt. In the event that the User cannot be located, SVP México, S.A., will cancel the sale in question, a situation that will inform the User via email, and as appropriate: i) return to the User, the amount he/she has paid, or ii) cancel the charges according to the payment method that the User has chosen, or iii) grant the User a digital debit up to the amount of the cancelled transaction.

It is important for SVP Mexico, S.A., to fulfill the delivery, it is necessary that the billing address and the recipient's address contain complete data.

On the other hand, our purchase orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders received after 12:01 a.m. on Friday, and those generated on weekends, will take 1 to 2 additional days to be processed.

Orders placed during the business week will be processed within 48 hours before they are shipped.

12.- Authorized to receive merchandise. In the event that the User authorizes a third party to receive the articles that the User acquires through the Web Site, it will be understood that the third party accepts the mandate entrusted by the User, at the moment of receiving the articles that the User acquires through the Web Site. SVP México, S.A., delivers through the corresponding courier and/or parcel service.

The acceptance of the agent shall be understood as that of the principal, and therefore obligates the principal to pay in favor of SVP México, S.A., the amount of the price related to the article or articles that the agent has received.

13.- Return and Warranty. The User may return any item purchased on the Website for the following reasons:

If the item has manufacturing defects.

If there is a mistake in the item shipped, preserving the original cellophane packaging (emplaye) and without showing signs of abuse.

In the reception of erroneous or damaged merchandise, the physical change of the same will be applied only if it was reported during the first 24 hours after its reception by the User, and will have to follow the steps to request the return of the same, on the other hand, the User commits to report it to SVP Mexico S.A., to the following telephone numbers:

The warranty for products sold by SVP Mexico, S.A., will be as follows:

• 5 Year Warranty = Mechanical, computerized and overlock sewing machines da.
• 2 Years Warranty = Embroidery machines.
• 1 Year Warranty = Irons, steam irons, ironers, ironing machines.
• 3 Months Warranty = Manual sewing machine and lint remover.

Conditions to apply for the Guarantees:

1. In order to make effective the above mentioned guarantees the User will have to fill out the guarantee policy, which will be sent to the following address SVP México, S.A.The policy must be filled out and sealed together with the product and a copy of the invoice indicating the model and date of purchase, at the SINGER Authorized Service Center indicated by our CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER.

2. The Company agrees to repair or replace the product, as well as factory defective parts and components, at no charge to the Consumer within the warranty period specified above.

3. In no case will the repair time exceed 30 days from the date of receipt of the product at the SINGER Authorized Service Center to make the warranty effective.

4. You can purchase parts, consumables and accessories at the SINGER Authorized Service Center and/or by contacting our CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER from anywhere in the country toll free at 01 800 500-9500 for more information.

5. This warranty is valid only for equipment purchased within the Mexican Republic.

This Warranty shall not be valid in the following cases:

a) When the product has been used for other than domestic purposes.

b) When the product has not been operated according to the instruction manual in Spanish that is delivered with the product.

c) When the product has been altered or repaired by people not authorized by SVP MEXICO S.A.

d) When the electronic card and/or the motor has been subjected to improper use or in case of burning. It is only covered in case of a manufacturing defect.

Components or consumables not covered under this warrantyNeedles, bulbs, bobbins, screwdrivers, oil, threads, filters, covers, bobbin case, needle plate, speed control, threaders, presser foot, hoops, connecting cable, USB cable, transparent plate, spool holder, accessory case or any part that is a spare part or shown as an accessory in your user's manual.

The software is only covered for manufacturing defects.

Note: Accessories vary for each product depending on the model selected.

Return procedure:

In the event that the merchandise has a manufacturing defect. You may address to the Free Returns section.

The User will have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item to return it.

The item to be returned must be in its original packaging and the User will be the only one to request the return. Only purchases made on the Singer.com/mx website are eligible for return.

To request a Refund, the User will have to follow these simple steps:

Step 1. Fill out the return request form on the website published at singer.com/mx/returns-and-refunds.

Step 2. You will receive an email with the return authorization and a return waybill from Estafeta to return the item. This return waybill will expire in 6 days.

Step 3.- Within a period of no more than 6 daysprint the waybill, attach it to the item and drop it off at an Estafeta Collection Center.

Step 4. From the time we receive your return, it may take up to 3 weeks to process the refund. The refund will be processed according to the payment method used for the original purchase.

If other merchandise was shipped by mistake, a full refund of the merchandise plus shipping costs will be made.

Only Registered Users will be able to cancel their purchase or order, and it will only be possible if the order has not been processed by SVP México S.A.

If the purchase was made as a guest, the guest may also request the return of the order, following the same return procedures.

If the purchase was made through the "Oxxo Pay" payment method, the refund, if applicable, will be made by means of an interbank transfer to the information provided by the User at the time of the refund process.

14.- Electronic Invoicing Policies. SVP Mexico, S.A., offers the Edicom Invoicing service , where once your order has been processed, you will be linked to the following link:

It is important to take into account:

• You will not be able to obtain your digital tax receipt until 24 hours after the issuance of the purchase receipt.
• The deadline to obtain the digital tax receipt is one month from the date of purchase.

The date of the voucher generated will correspond to the date of the voucher request and not to the date of ticket issuance.

For the issuance of the Invoice the User must provide certain information, data and RFC to which the document should be issued.

For any request for the issuance of the invoice it is necessary that the User has the order number, which can be found in the order confirmation of the sale(s) made on the Internet. In case of any doubt, the User should call the Call Center.

The User accepts that the information and fiscal data provided for the issuance of the Electronic Invoice is correct, complete and for such reason is obliged to respond to SVP Mexico, S.A., about such information and/or the misuse that may be given to it, being obliged to keep the corresponding original document (purchase note and/or purchase confirmation number) for future clarifications.

15.- Submitted Materials. Unless specifically requested, we do not request and do not want to receive any confidential, secret or proprietary information or other material from you through the Web Site, by e-mail or otherwise. Any information, creative works, demonstrations, ideas, suggestions, concepts, methods, systems, designs, plans, techniques or other materials that you have sent or submitted to us (including, for example and without limitation, that which you submit or post to our chat groups, message boards and/or our blogs, or send to us via e-mail) ("Submitted Materials") will be deemed not to be confidential or secret and may be used by us in any manner consistent with the Website's privacy notice.

 

By submitting or sending us submitted materials, you:

I. You represent and warrant that the materials submitted are original to you, that no other person has any rights in them, and that any "moral rights" in the materials submitted have been waived, and

 

II. You grant us and our affiliates a royalty-free, unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully transferable, assignable and sub-licensable right and license to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display and incorporate into other works any of the submitted materials (in whole or in part) in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed, including for promotional and/or commercial purposes. We cannot be responsible for retaining any submitted materials provided by you and may delete or destroy such submitted materials at any time.

16.- Right of Monitoring and Editorial Control. SVP México, S.A., reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor and / or review all materials submitted to the Website or through the services or articles on the Website by users, and SVP México, S.A., is not responsible for such materials submitted by users. However, SVP México, S.A. reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in SVP México, S.A. 's sole discretion are objectionable or in violation of these terms of use, SVP México, S.A. 's policies, or applicable law. 20- Product and Service Orders. We may make certain products available to visitors and registered users of the Website. If you order any products, you hereby represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. You agree to pay the full price of any purchase you make, whether by credit/debit card, Pay Pal or Oxxo Deposit, concurrent with your online order or by other means of payment acceptable to SVP México, S.A. 22. - System failures. SVP México, S.A., is not responsible for any damage, harm or loss to the User caused by failures in the system, server or Internet. SVP México, S.A., shall not be liable for any virus that may infect the User's equipment as a result of access, use or examination of its website or as a result of any transfer of data, files, images, text or audio contained therein. Users will NOT be able to impute any responsibility or demand payment for loss of profits, by virtue of damages resulting from technical difficulties or failures in the systems or Internet. SVP México, S.A., does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access and use of its site.

The system may eventually be unavailable due to technical difficulties or Internet failures, or due to any other circumstance beyond SVP México, S.A.'s control; in such cases, SVP México, S.A. will try to restore it as quickly as possible without being held responsible for any of the above. SVP México, S.A., shall not be liable for any error or omission contained in its Site.

23. - Scope of Site Services. This agreement does not create any partnership, mandate, franchise, or employment relationship between SVP México, S.A., and the User.

24.- Photosensitive Seizures. A very small percentage of people may experience a seizure when exposed to certain visual images, such as flashing lights or pictures that may appear in video games or other electronic or online content. Even people who have no history of seizures or epilepsy may have an undiagnosed condition that can cause these "photosensitive epileptic seizures" while watching video games or other electronic content. These seizures have a variety of symptoms, including dizziness, disorientation, confusion, momentary loss of consciousness, twitching of the eyes or face, altered vision, or jerking or twitching of the arms or legs. 25.- Applicable Laws. We control and operate the Web Site from our offices in the United Mexican States. All parties subject to these terms and conditions waive their respective rights to a jury trial.

26.- Term. SVP México, S.A., may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Website or the Website services at any time. SVP México, S.A., may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Website and/or its services if we believe that you are in breach of our terms and conditions or applicable law, or for any other reason without notice or liability.

27.- Changes in Terms of Use. SVP México, S.A., reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of the terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes to the terms and conditions will be effective when posted. 29.- Solution of controversies and Jurisdictional competence. The Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor is competent to hear any controversy that may arise regarding the interpretation or fulfillment of this contract through administrative proceedings.

With respect to the judicial process, for the interpretation and fulfillment of this agreement, the parties submit to the applicable legislation of the United Mexican States and to the jurisdiction and competence of the competent Courts located in Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that, by reason of their present or future domiciles or neighborhood, or for any other reason, may correspond to them.
